This year, Nick Cannon claims he’ll be welcoming even more kiddies. The television personality responded to claims that he had “three kids on the way” on Tuesday’s episode of Angela Yee’s “Lip Service” podcast, implying that the rumors are true.
Cannon told the hosts, “Let’s just put it this way… the stork is on the way.” Cannon’s rapidly expanding family continues to make headlines. Moroccan and Monroe, his fraternal twins, are his children with Mariah Carey, his ex-wife. With model Brittany Bell, he has a boy named Golden and a daughter named Powerful Queen.
He and DJ Abby De La Rosa welcomed twin boys Zion and Zillion in June of last year. Model Alyssa Scott gave birth to his son Zen in the same month. Cannon hinted about beating his personal record during his open interview with Yee, adding, “If you thought it was a lot of kids last year…”
According to the former “America’s Got Talent” presenter, he stayed celibate for a short time before breaking his own rule towards the end of last year during a fit of despair following his son’s death in December. Zen, the actor’s youngest child, died at the age of five months from brain cancer.
“I didn’t even make it to the end of the day (January). I was intended to finish the year at the top, “he stated “Then, obviously, I began to suffer through some things… I became depressed as a result of my son’s death. So, in December… everyone could see how depressed I was. So everyone said, “Let’s just give him a little vagina and that’ll fix everything.””
The 41-year-old actress went on to say: “Because I was weak, I became a victim of it. So in December, especially around the holidays, I started f**king like crazy… As a result, I broke my vow of celibacy. But I’m quite sure I was celibate for a month and a half… I was attempting to accomplish it. I had a new show, new enthusiasm, and a lot on my plate.” Cannon’s recent life update comes just months after he revealed on his daytime talk show that he and model Bre Tiesi are expecting their first child together.
De La Rosa also stated that she is pregnant again this month, although she did not name the father of her child.
